USS IOWA / Los Angeles

Battleship USS Iowa served our country proudly in WWII, Korea, and the Cold War. During your visit and tour, you will follow in the footsteps of sailors and our mischievous mascot Vicky the Dog. You will experience first hand why the USS Iowa is known as the “Battleship of Presidents," “The Grey Ghost,” and “The Big Stick.” The self-guided tour includes free use or our award-winning mobile app and the Vicky the Dog scavenger hunt.

Hours

The Battleship IOWA Experience, Tours & Museum is open daily (closed Thanksgiving & Christmas) from 10:00 AM with last experience or tour starting at 4:00 PM.

Vicky's Doghouse Cafe is closed on Mondays and open Tuesday-Sunday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM except for special events.

Pacific Battleship Center is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Exhibits may close due to weather, maintenance, special events or capacity. Management of Pacific Battleship Center reserves the right to refuse admission, control occupancy or remove anyone whose conduct is deemed by Management disorderly or who fails to comply with any safety regulation. This ticket is not authorized for resale at more than the published retail price. Ticketholder grants to Pacific Battleship Center the right in perpetuity to use the bearers name, photograph, voice or likeness in any promotional material, without notice or payment. The bearer hereby acknowledges that the museum premise is a 1940’s era Naval Battleship and, as such, the premises contain certain inherent risk of injury, which the bearer hereby knowingly assumes. The bearer further releases the Pacific Battleship Center, its employees, officers, or agents from any and all claims, causes of action and liabilities of any nature whatsoever the bearer may incure or have against any of them which may arise out of or in connection with any action occurring on the museum premises.
